Text of Complaint by Quazi Safia Sultana:

I have ordered a product from Myntra Mochi Silver toned kitten heels but i received a wrong product a shoe so within 15min Complain to the myntra and raised a request for return or exchange but they declined they. Said that the issue was not from the company. So i again called customer support and talk with them that the package was sealed but. Stilled it was a wrong product they were rejected my request again and again I want. A prove that they investigate the situation and give me a solution but they are unable to provide the prove but when i get the product within 15 min I complain and the 15 min takes. To reach the customer care not my fault.
