Text of Complaint by Viju Kumar:

I have ordered a set of 3 front button bra Mix color (PACK of 3) at INR.999 from brafitnezz.myshopify.com through an add on Facebook. The order was placed on 20.01.2023. It was COD order. It reached us on 28.01.2023 through EKART. When i opened the parcel the product was some cheap bra with no. Zip at all the seller cheated us. And the size was also totally different. The name of the seller not printed on parcel. Only address – Musafir, Nitin, Hno. 176 neb Sarai near master mind public school , IGNOU road New Delhi, India 110068, Mobile No.:9717983061 We tried to seller support Mobile No. 9717983061 immediately but they were not received, the number was Switched off. Kindly help us to refund the amount Rs.999 and take strict action against the seller so that they can’t cheat anybody and also the EKART as how they took COD without any inspection
