This is Maneck naveen from Coimbatore.I have ordered watch on your site(watch villa) on 5-11-2020 (order number -SW61421).Today(9-11-2020) i have received your item with wrong product.It worth would be just 200 only but i ordered 2000 worth smart watch.This is what you are responding for consumer.
From watch villa customer service called me through this number -+91 86046 26374.
They are asking same money from me to send them again for refund.
Not taking this as a serious issue.dont know, really they are called from customer service.
Please take this as a serious issue on this Pandamic time.
