Sir, i am shahrukh. I ordered realme 11 pro ( 8gb ram128gb srotage ) cost 23058rupees. Deliver boy opned the box but it was motorola mobile. So i returned it. But i didn’t cancelled. Few hours later from logistics they cancelled my order and flipkart support said order again. Sir we are customer not a worker to order again and again there should be a rule that i ordered something they should deliver proper way. If the product is wrong then again they have to send the my order. We have some respect because we are customers not their workers. Their should be a proper systematic way to resolve all questies regarding this.
