On 7 June I’ve received a package that I’ve ordered! When I’ve got the package
Firstly the packaging was not there , there is only the box not the amazon wrap over the box.
Secondly, the packaging was damaged ,
The barcode of that product was damaged and the tapping was very bad.
Thirdly the product I’ve received was completely different than the actual product I’ve ordered! They’ve sent a cl. London shoes!
I’ve reached the costumer care services and sent images of the wrong product I’ve ordered! Then they said wait till 13 june. After 13 I’ve called and the said we’ve done our investigation and we can’t help you !
That’s it! I’ve received a wrong product and there is no sign of help
