I had ordered an Samsung buds 2 for 5400₹ on Amazon but i received a Samsung buds live.
I had raised a complaint and they conducted an investigation but they said that the correct product was sent and closed the case and refused to look into it further.
The seller also cancelled the replacement option which was present before placing the order.
