We had ordered an SOUNDBOSS android music system amount 5134/- but at the time of delivery we had received product in broken seal parcel, at that time we called Flipkart customer care and told them about seal broken parcel then they said to open the product. As we open that parcel we found normal MP3 player not android music system. Delivery date of the product was 02/04/2023. We are regularly calling them for return and Flipkart assuring that the return will be processed keep waiting for 24 to 48 hours and this statement was provided from 02/04/2023 to 30/05/2023. But today as on 31/05/2023 Flipkart denied to replace/refund.
