I ordered set of 4 cotton shirts through online shopping platform worth Rs.1199/- business listed with facebook marketplace, lots of business owners are listed there. But i had received 3 shirts only and all are very dirty and damaged also used shirts and also one shirt collar is damaged and sizes are also not proper, This is completely fraud they are doing with customers.
On delivered packet, contact no. is not mentioned.
I request you to refund my money and return this order back and please take some strict actions against this fraud firm, same complaints are already raised on this consumer complaint forum against same firm.
I am uploading delivered shirts pictures with address metioned over packet.
