Text of Complaint by Vizhi:

Order ID : DSL166816261335 – received wrong product (saree)& paid Rs.1099/- on 16/12/2022 Time : around 1:30pm.
hence request to return & required as same which we ordered HS-15 or Related refund amount payment process .
We ordered (Order ID : DSL166816261335) the product of HS-15 amt.Rs.1099/- in drapsuits.com, but we received wrong product on 16th Nov. 2022 around 1:30pm, by bluedart courier (paid Rs.1099/-)

Regarding this – communicated several times thro’ phone no. +91 8695985350,. +918709242663 & also mail sent to [email protected]

Just before they (drapsuits person) contact thro’ what’s No. +91 8695985350,. & confirm to transfer the amt. Rs.1099/- .

While in conversation That person Repeatedly giving the contact no’s to transfer the amt. & asking us OTP, we shared one OTP for the given no.7669800558). Again he gives another no. & ask to msg. & Share OTP.
We reject that no. & ask him why asking again & again , warn them
Kindly go through & do further process in favour request.
