I have ordered a combo of two warbirds of Sony XP700N from Smart Sale within Myshopify.com. But instead of Sony earbuds I received a Chinese headphones of an unknown company. Please I want full refund for that.

I buy a maroon kurti and a Palazzo pant which is Rs 734 but the kurti i receive was totally different I see that it has bottom from upper to lower but which I received do not have bottom I see in online that it is good and material is good but the things I received was very cheap and poor   so I want my product to be replaced as soon as possible
