Sir, I ordered Zebronics Zeb-Juke Bar 9800 DWS Pro Dolby Atmos With
Wireless Subwoofer 450 W Bluetooth Soundbar on 10th Jun’22 via order no.
“OD125169922040106000”.
This product was delivered at 3:42 PM on Sunday, 12th Jun’22 by Mr. Praveen
Chaudhary via vehicle no.”HR73 A 1314″ whose ID is “309526” and mobile no.
is “8433143056”.
The seller of this product is “Sri Ramana Solvex Private LTD.”

I opened the box immediately after sharing the OTP to the delivery boy and
found a very old and used subwoofer along with a very small speaker instead
of the product I ordered.
I stopped the delivery boy and called the customer care department to get
them to confirm this issue from the delivery boy itself that this product
was opened in front of him and was an old, used and wrong product. Also, I
asked the customer care executive if any other information/proof is
required so that i could release the delivery boy, but that executive said
that explanation from the delivery boy is sufficient to get my refund
processed.

I have a recording of this conversation which I am attaching herein as a
proof.
Also, I am attaching a video of the product in which product packaging is
very old and flipkart tape is not used to get this sealed. I was in the
impression that this product was a marketplace product. That’s why the
seller used his own tape.

Now, I am not getting any resolution from flipkart even after marking mail
to the CEO of the company.
Sir, what would happen if a customer raises a complaint 2-3 hours after
receiving the product if my issue is not being resolved when I opened
the box in front of their delivery boy who himself confirmed their customer
care executive about the wrong product in the box. As a customer I have
only a strong option to confirm this type of issue by calling them
instantly after opening the packet in front of the delivery boy as they
don’t have a policy to return the product to the same delivery boy. This is
what I have done. Yet, they are not processing my refund.

Sir, I am requesting flipkart to either send me the original product that I
ordered or process my refund in my account immediately. It’s been too long.
I have been waiting since the 12th jun’22 for the response from flipkart
regarding my refund. Please refer to the below screen-shot in which they
confirmed that they will resolve the issue by 15th Jun’22. Now, they are
extending the resolution day by day.
