I ordered wardrobe bags worth rs. 999 and paid for both the bags but was sent a normal one. When I called and asked for a refund, they asked me to download automatic sms app. It was mentioned in the app that not to install this as spammers may hack all sms. When I told the person on the same, he said it is for outsiders and not for customers. Finally they withdrew the money from my account of Rs. 3100 and left Rs. 23 in the account at midnight. Very disappointed.
