I have ordered 3 Blackberry Men Suits on October 5th, 2021, and the product was delivered on October 10th, 2021. Upon opening the product we found that it is a women’s dress and not the suits which I ordered. I have been following up with Amazon customer service & Amazon Social media team on this particular thing since October 11th, 2021 and there’s no resolution provided so far. I am attaching the photo and video of the product along with this email. Also, providing the order ID below with the product details.

Missing products: Blackberrys Brown Coloured Men Suits, Blackberrys Royal Blue Suits, Blackberrys Wine Suits
Out of the 4 items, only this [Levi’s Men’s 100% Cotton 100 CA Classic Solid White Vest- Modern Fit (Pack of 3)] item was delivered correctly. And another packet contained the berrylush blue colour dress instead of 3 Men Suits.
Also, the tracking ID 266434620591 which is mentioned on the packet is the same as the tracking ID reflecting on the application aligning with the products. I have taken the picture and the video of the same and have attached it with this complaint. I’m surprised how the delivery or the seller has got 3 complete suits in this small cover.
