The purpose of this letter is to inform you about a problem concerning my order no 403307421 .I am Kajal Patel, an old customer of your online store.
On the day of 16 may 2021 I ordered a mobile phone from your online store, and registered the product to be shipped at the address Adarsh Nagar Gate No 3, Tulsipur Varanasi Flyover Near Glenhil School

I received the item on the day 20 may 2021 as stated in the order details. Unfortunately, when I opened the package I discovered that I have received a wrong product. I ordered for the designer saree I had received the low quality saree I regret to inform you that, though I tried my best to contact with your customer care after receiving the wrong product, but I failed.
Hence, I would like to make the arrangements to get a replacement of the product as soon as possible. I do not want to pay any kind of extra charges, as it is not my fault.
Please, give me suggestion about how to get a replacement as soon as possible. I have enclosed the order invoice and the details of the product with this complaint letter.
