Dear Team,
I regret to inform you that the order placed vide order no. NB185107 & also invoice no. Retail212240 dated 04.02.2026 which was delivered by your courier partner Ship rocket is completely opposite from what I have actually ordered. This item was ordered as a Swiss Brand New Waterproof Automatic Mechanical watch for men for which I had paid a cash of Rs. 1199. The customer care number given is also stated as invalid.
I have also enclosed the screen shot which i had requested & video for the wrong product received. I would like to get this order as a replacement for what actually I have ordered.
Please try to get this product replaced ASAP with the original product ordered or else payback the amount of INR 1199 paid in cash.
