Dear ShoppersZone Support Team,
I recently placed an order on your website for an 8-container shoe rack, but I am extremely disappointed to receive a local and damaged 1-container shoe rack instead. This is unacceptable as it does not match the product description and quality I was promised.
Details of my complaint:
The product received is completely different from what I ordered.
The condition of the received product is poor and substandard.
This has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I feel cheated as a customer. I request you to address this issue immediately by either:
Sending the correct product in good condition at no additional cost, or
Issuing a full refund for my purchase.
Please respond to this complaint at the earliest and let me know the steps to resolve the matter. I am attaching pictures of the product received along with the order details for your reference.
