Please find my query against the Order # 17656313882998017
The website description of the said product :
RADHA KRISHNA PAINTING FRAME says to be of WOODEN Material.
However, I have got a frame made up of plastic.
Since 7th May 2024, I have been trying to initiate a pick up (return request) for the item to get a refund., however it is getting cancelled/rejected (three times rejected).
No one from the customer service is helping me either.
If the material is wrong, how can this be considered as a Quality Issue ?
I am trying to return the item because it is not worth the amount paid and cannot be gifted to anyone.
It is a cheap local item, and I don’t wish to keep it as it is not as mentioned on your website.
