I ordered 2 cargo pants from Fashion Bonanza online shopping website with cash on delivery option.
When I received the package, the delivery guy rom Shiprocket Courier was asking me if the merchant has return policy before handing over that package. He was not allowing me to open the package and said he will not take it back once opened.
As i has trust in the website which mentioned 15 days return policy and there was address…
