I have ordered Portable Smart projector of Invoice# 477340-ZSN on 9-02-2024 from SHIFTO via eKart delivery of Tracking I’d: STOC9000948978. I have also made the paymwnt of Rs.1499 on delivery. The Delivery person didn’t allow me to open and check the product.But I have received a wrong prouct “RYAHONG Car Scratch Shampoo” in place of Portable Smart Projector. I have attached the screenshot of same for reference. Can you please and help me to get the refund?
