I ordered two cargo pants from FACTION HUT of Rs 898. after viewing an ad that popped up on instagram. In the website, a refund/ exchange policy was stated. I have reached out on their customer care number but i got to know that they all are fraud. I also received my package in multiple other plastic bags with names of different people. I want refund.
