single and duplicate product received .

I ordered a combo consisting of a wireless earphone and earbuds , on delivery I received only wireless earphones that too damaged . on calling them , the no. is coming completely switched off and they are not even replying to mails. I want full refund of 1699rs back…..WORST EXPERIANCE

please look into the matter asap
