I placed my ordered 2 lehenga on 17 jan 2019 from sareecomboz.com with Reference ID 2221 and Order id 5417907 Of 1050 /- from xpressBees (tracking id 1332919080470 ) instead of lehengas they courier 3 wasteless sarees , then immediately I made call on (8130114115 ) helpline number , after that I got call from EGG customer care representative Avinash (8229895728 ) , he said that amount will be returned though online , and ask detail of my debit card like last 6 digit of Card number , bank name and valid date of card etc , am surprise that amount should be refunded on account number then whey these kind of details mandatory , and I did not feel that he is calling from customer care because the background noise heard like he is in public place and when I raised my voice then he put my call on hold and now am unable to call on the number , Please help me. I saw a advertisement of this company in facebook and bought the item. Sareecomboz.com URL – http://www.sareecomboz.com/ clothing brand facebook Page ID – 301461957014855 It is the worst experience of online shopping of me , this all going wrong many of people get in this trap .. I also have recording with fake representative .
I request to you please help to refund my amount as soon as possible and punish them who doing this trapping
and one more thing , this ordered assign for delivery in gujarat
