Hi Team,

First of all so much disappointed with your customer care executives and their senior as well. They don’t address the query not helpfull & friendly. Daily m calling and haven’t received any resolution. Next day when i call they said- ” mam no such complaint is registered here” Pathetic…

Let’s come to the Incident.

This is regarding order number 408-6467538-3854744

After complaining many times no one is coming to pick my product.

On 26th May around 1:10 pm one executive has arrived to my doorstep named Dharmendra.

He asked – Return hai
I asked – From where are u?
He said – Didi return dedijiye
I asked – Kidher se aaye ho from which company kya hai return mei as i have already many items lined up for return.
(Same time i received the msg from Myntra that delivery guy is out for pickup. So i thought he is from myntra)
I asked – Myntra se aaye ho Jeans hai ??
He said – Yes Myntra se hai.

I gave him the product.

Thn after 10 minutes i called to customer care of Amazon n asked them when they will pick up my product? That executive has told me that mam ur pickup has done at 1:10 pm n i was like what. Then I realised that guy has take my jeans instead of real me bud. So the senior executive has informed me you will get your Jeans within 72 hours and we will esclate this issue. Now when i again called they said we can’t return your Jeans. We will just initiate your heaphone amount.

My Jeans cost Rs 729
Headphone cost Rs 599
Reason for return (Sound quality is not good very slow sound)

Just tell me Am I responsible for this? Your uneducated dumb delivery / pickup guy has done this.

I am going to esclate this on my social media consumer forum playstore n everywhere if i wont get the resolution n my product back.

Also i have camera in my apartment so everything is recorded. I can file FIR against it. Cz I have all the proof.
