Sir,
I have ordered Eureka forbes vaccum cleaner model WDX2. But i have received Model is WDexpert. After sharing pictures immediately after receiving the product also for the past 4 days the seller didn’t agree to take return thro Flipkart. Please take action against the seller and the customer care executive arunkumar , who was so irresponsible to reply on the same .
Kindly take necessary action on the same and get the amount refunded to me .
Also the mental torture for the past 4 days I am going thro should be addressed and loss of my time and energy due to this should be taken into consideration and I claim the compensation amount of rs.100,000 should be paid.
