I recently placed an order for a Logitech Keyboard and Mouse, which was delivered on September 18th, 2023. However, upon opening the parcel, I discovered that the keyboard model did not match my order. I had ordered the LOGITECH K380 Keyboard, but I received the LOGITECH MK240 NANO instead.
I promptly contacted your Customer Service team and requested a replacement for the correct keyboard. The customer service executive informed me that they initiated an investigation, which they estimated would take approximately 5 days to complete. I also provided evidence of the model I received through a link they provided since I was unable to initiate the replacement process myself.
Today, after 3 days, I reached out to customer service again, only to be told that their investigation team concluded that the correct product had indeed been delivered from their side. They stated that they could no longer assist me and abruptly disconnected the call. I find this situation rather perplexing, as it begs the question: who altered the product between the point of delivery and my reception of it? It is essential to note that this discrepancy is not due to any error on my part.
I must express my deep disappointment in this matter, as it is highly unacceptable behaviour on Amazon’s part. I would like to reiterate that I have indeed received the incorrect product and am merely requesting a replacement with the correct one. I am not seeking a refund but a straightforward replacement.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. We genuinely need the correct product, and I believe this is a fair and reasonable request.
