Complain about the wrong product delivered to me.
I have ordered for Earpords which was on sale buy one and get one on your website.
When i opened it was totally different.
I have ordered Earpods and on the box also it has written earpods ,but inside the box product is headphone that too very cheap quality.
Kindly note that refund my money or deliver the correct product which is Sony Ear Pods or else I will escalate this fraud to consumer forum. I want to exchange the original product or money.
