I ordered product through pik collection and give them 1500 rupees but once I got the package and unboxed it I got wrong product and contact them. They told me that they placed new order and will send me new. I waited for few days to get tracking details but I didn’t get any. So I contacted them but their is no response every day I’m messaging them calling them but still there is no response. Later I found that other customers also have same experience. That means they are purposefully cheating others not by mistake I got wrong product.
