I have ordered undergarments for me and they have send me some old shirts I want too return that parcel and need my money back and please take a good action against them

The exact same thing happened to me. I got old, dirty torn jeans. It does not even have a zip. Did your issue get sorted. Where do I lodge a complaint. They don’t seem to have a website
