I have ordered an firebolt ultimate black ss smart watch but power button was not working properly hence i handed over the watch to service center..they told me your watch will be replaced…but few days ago i have received a mail from them that another watch and another colour is sent by courier without any consent from me.
They are sending another colour without the choice of the customer…and none of their executive is answering my query.
Kindly request you to look into this matter
