I have placed an order for Shapelander Sweatpants on 9th April 2023 vide advertisement seen in facebook and I have received one parcel on 12.04.2023 under COD which I have made a cash payment to the Bluedart delivery of Rs. 1198/- on the same day of delivery. Blue Dart Consignment number is 80140626716.

It is shocking to note that I have received a different product of cotton trouser which is not even worth of 200/-. On the label the item name mentioned ShapeLander Sweat Pants – XL /Black, but in the next column of SKU mentioned as Lower white XL Qty 1 and amount of Rs. 1198/- (what I have paid).There are no details of the retailer available on the bill to get back on the concern .

I am here with enclosing the photo
of parcel what it contains being the proof of evidence for the needful.

Hence request you to accept for return this product and arrange to send the original order what I have placed, if not possible, please arrange for refund of amount .
