I had ordered Sony earpods . It was an offer of buy one get one free for rupees 1599/- . Before confirming the order I had spoke a woman , she said they are providing the warranty card for a Sony product and she gave me verbal assurance about the product. But I received the wrong product. The email Id for the return policy is fake. On the website they had mentioned that they will be giving the contact for return if any issues occurs . The mentioned phone number on the packet is unavailable.
