I ordered for a combi Samsung level headset with Sony sports earbuds from The winter deals.com vide Order Number 16185 and paid ₹1850. On receipt of the product, it was found a JBL headphone The customer care number provided was not working.
The above sited The winter deals.com is a fake website and there isn’t any kind of return policy. This is a violation to the law. These people have committed a fraud and their actions are detrimental to the public interests. Please initiate the necessary proceedings against the above mentioned website. Otherwise it will be noted to the PM complaint portal for further action.
