I had ordered this 2 suits from Guhilaan.shop website. I was getting frequent add on Instagram. I got a call where they confirmed if I want the product I said no and still they delivered the product. My mother received the product and did cash payment. On the order details it’s clearly mentioned what it contains and yet I have received 1 black cheap saree for ₹1729. I emailed th for a refund or return. They emailed me this phone number 6901902456 as customer care number and told to call. When I called the fraudsters asked me if I have gpay Paytm phonepay etc I said no. They asked if anyone in family has I said I don’t have anyone I m single. The fraudster ask u have bf ? Ask him give his UPI . I said I don’t have and u do bank acc refund. Then he says refund can be done only from UPI and now keep the phone n disconnected.
I dono what to do how do I recover this amount. More over how to shut this website coz like me many ppl may have been targeted.
