i have purchased HP 15 Q DS0026TU LAPTOP, but Amazon delivered me HP 15 Q DS0017TU LAPTOP.
from out side it has full specification of ds0026tu but internally it is ds0017tu.
during delivery time i am in kashmir, after come to home i see that Amazon delivered wrong product. On contact from amazon they refused to replace the laptop
