Image Uploaded by Nand Kishor Kumar:I ordered a mobile (Realme 5 Pro) through Flipkart (Order ID is OD118774715510844000) on 31st may 2020. It was delivered on 4th June 2020 by Ekart Logistic (Tracing ID is FMPP0473562631). But unfortunately wrong product delivered by the courier boy. I opened the product in front of courier boy, I found a power bank in the box instead of mobile, (it means the box contains a power bank). I already paid money to the company through online payment mode (UPI Transaction ID is 015312640944). I already talked to flipkart costumer care, first time he told me that your problem will be solved within 7th june 2020, and on this day he told it will be solved within 11th of this month. I am not satisfied with flipkart, that’s why I raised complaint here. I hope my problem will be solved here.
