I’d ordered jbl earbuds from beatflows.com.my order number was# 17092 on 31/12/2019.But i receiv simple wired earhead phone.I’d connected them through email and still i don’t any responce from their customer care.There is no contact number info avilable.Please let me know what i can do and when i will get back my money.Please solve my problem
