Text of Complaint by Vijeta Gupta:

Hello My name is Vijeta Gupta. I have ordered a Facewash of Zyan and Myza Facewash from Flipkart on 19 june 2022 at 02.01 PM. And they deliver me the wrong product instead of Facewash they send me Zyan and Myza Serum on 22nd june 2022 . Since that product has no return policy I tried to contact their Customer care service constantly but neither they reply my messages nor they called me.Also they add 5 stars ratings on their own. Please help me get my Refund ??? My Order ID – OD225248271571232000.please
