On27/07/21 I had ordered for sofa cum bed black in colour but it was received brown colour. A request regarding return was generated.but than it was told that u have to send it through ur end. Than courier service named DTDC WAS arranged to do the job on ur behalf. But when concern went to deliver the product than guard over there refused to receive , he said as there is no contact person is mentioned neither phone number ,so I won’t be able to do so. He even misbehaved with the delivery concern. After this customer care was called but they also didn’t solve the issue. Now there is only one way left that is move to consumer court.
