I placed order for whirlpool 3 star ac on Amazon in November 2021. The order got delayed and finally didn’t reach me. Then I got refund for it.
Then I purchased new product Whirlpool 5 star ac with approx 6000 more price than previous product. I received a product and used it. Later in June 2022 my father informed me that the product I have is 3 star ac and not 5 star. I know the return window has passed but the mix up is visible at amazon customer exec and they can see the issue. Still they are saying nothing can be done in this case. All I’m asking is to refund me the difference in amount if replacement is not possible.
