I have purchase a ring online (size 11). They delivered wrong size(size written is 11 but in actually it is 14). so I have initiated return. They have not send any person to pick it up as it is more then 15 days while they have mentioned that it should take only 3 days. I have sent them many mails but no reply. I tried to call at their customer care number ( 120-6230700) but it is continuously busy.
