This is to bring to your kind attention that on the 17th January, 2019, I had ordered online “Classic 3310 2.4 inches” Nokia phone bearing order # BST7231.
I opted for ‘Cash on Delivery Option” and the delivery agent from Blue Dart – Apex (Bangalore – Infantry Road) hand delivered the product on the 25th of January, 2019 bearing AWB No: 59591976161.
When i unsealed the consignment to verify the product, to my utter disbelief i found out that the product which i had ordered was not the same as delivered to me. I have also enclosed the picture of the product which was hand delivered. Upon receipt of the consignment, I have also paid the entire sum of Rs. 1,500 to the courier agent. To sort out this issue, I walked in to Blue Dart office to surrender the product and request for refund. But they refused stating it’s against their company policy and they insisted me to write to you seeking for refund.
Therefore, I would like to return this product and I would like you to refund the entire cost of the phone. Kindly arrange to pick up this product from me at the earliest.
Kindly respond to my email within seven working days. If I do not hear from you, I will have no other option but to take my complaint to the highest level.
