Order total – Rs 99,900.00
Product- 2021 Apple iPad Pro with Apple M1 chip (12.9-inch/32.77 cm, Wi-Fi, 128GB) – Silver (5th Generation).
Payment – UPI.
I have received the wrong product inside the box. (when i deliverboy deliver to me at this time item box was already broken but delivery boy was say its ok some time its happened at shipping time) I complained to customer care for which every different customer agent kept on saying different things. After escalating till 2nd August 2021 a new Agent told me that they have to investigate further. And without any prior communication they marked it as Solved by saying that the correct product was delivered. They neither provided the return nor provided the replacement facility for the same. After that as well I complained to customer care for more than 7-8 times but no solution was provided. I am now completely hopeless and frustrated from Amazon India as my whole amount has been gone and I don’t have a product in hand for the same. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money. I am attaching the image of the product which was wrongly provided to me.
