I had received the wrong product inside the box. I complaint to customer care for which they form a queries for inspection. In which they found the reason for delivering me wrong product. And created request for picking the product. During the day of pick up the pickup boy didn’t show up to pick up my product and for consecutive 9 times the delivery boy updated wrong information, then after this 2 times he came to the house & did not pick up the packet. I explained the whole scenario to the Customer care. After which I complaint to customer care for more than 20 times but ordered cannot be picked up. Now 20 days have been passed and still there team is not refunding my money. I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money
