Paytm order no:8071904063

I ordered table tennis racquet (gki chelonz hybrid) and cost is rs 5882.

But when I received product I saw only a low cost old type product and cost of that model may be rs 800. Within fiew minutes I raised complain at paytm customer care. They told me that they will investigate and let me know and the sent them photos of product. After fiew days they told me paytm can’t help or refund.

I am hopeless. Please help me to get the justice. This my hard earned money.
