I placed an online order for a specific product, but I received a completely different item which has no connection to what I ordered. This amounts to misleading and fraudulent practice.
I have all supporting evidence including order invoice, delivery invoice, screen recordings, and product images. The delivery was made through Ekart (Faze Fashion Bhlaswa Dairy Rajiv Nagar Bhalswa,Delhi, Bihar 110042, India).
I contacted the seller/platform for resolution, but no proper response or replacement/refund has been provided so far.
I am requesting immediate action, including full refund and strict action against the seller to prevent such fraud against consumers.
