I have ordered Adidas Mens Duramo SI M running shoe costing 4404 Rs.. received different product and wrong size product, it is almost a month, multiple times return request, but they did not collect because it is wrong product. I am seriously disheartened as I am very much regular customer. customer care people just gave me false commitments as multiple times complains was raise. Now I am planning to go for legal action.
