I have ordered a mauve colored kurta pallazzo set from Vrutika fashion (ad shown on Instagram) for Rs.899. I got the order today and I paid in cash the full amount but found out the product which was delivered was wrong and not the one I ordered and also of very cheap quality.
I tried to complain them through their email but their email id address was not found on the server.
My money is gone now and I cant exchange or refund my product as they are not available anywhere.
