Dear sir,
i had ordered TCL tv (55C2US MODEL) on Paytm mall via order I’d 6440891356 on 3-11-2018 which was delivered to my address on 9-11-2018, but I had to wait for 2 months to get it installed as Paytm mall dint care about the installation of my tv . After many follow ups Paytm mall managed to send technician to install my TV. When the installation guy opened the box we found out that PAYTM MALL has delivered a wrong product I.e(55p6US) which is cheaper variant of the model which I had order. After complaining they said they will look on this but even after following up with them for several days I don’t see any progress and they are closing my complaints with my notice.
Please help me with this as I have all proofs regarding my purchases
