we have order Samsung 5star 189L refrigerator but flipkart and their seller delivered 4star 183L refrigerator and it is also 2023 manufactured. when i try to connect their support team they refuse to replace by saying it was open box delivery however it was delivered at night time and i am not be able to understand how this policy is feasible if the product they delivered later on identified wrong one when matching the details with the documents while delivery customer majorly focus on if the product is fine or not
