I ordered 136 pc xl pampers on 18th of Oct …there was delay in delivery finally delivered on 29 th of Oct . But delivered a small box with open pampers 5 or six I stopped delivery boy and called customer care at the same time but she refused to talk with delivery boy I made video of product which was opened by delivary boy ….on 29 th miss bindu customer care executive assured me to resolve my problem before 5 th of nov. Today on 4th of nov. Delivery boy come to pick wrong item but he refused to take it back as customers care executive not updated the matter …I ordered this product by flipcart later now I have to pay by 5 th of nov. Already they imposed rs 15 extra due to replacement now if I pay them by. 5 th of nov. And if they will not pick wrong item how will I get my money … moreover they didn’t take any action against the seller
